Not applicable. GLOW is a mixture of three separate molecules of 3, 15 and 7 residues, not a single chain.

Sequence

There is no GLOW sequence. The vial contains GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine with a copper ion, PubChem CID 165429100), BPC-157 (GEPPPGKPADDAGLV, CID 9941957) and TB-500 (an acetylated LKKTETQ heptapeptide, CID 62707662).

A market formulation, not a laboratory one. No published protocol, pharmacopoeia or regulatory filing defines the recipe; sellers' own product labels do. The four-component blend sold as KLOW is this same mixture with KPV added.

What is it good for?

It is sold for tissue repair, recovery and skin quality — a broad repair claim attached to BPC-157 and TB-500 together with a skin and connective-tissue claim attached to GHK-Cu. Those are claims made about the individual ingredients. No study of the mixture itself has been registered or published.

GLOW is a name for a vial, not a name for a molecule. Three separate peptides are freeze-dried into it: GHK-Cu, a three-residue copper complex; BPC-157, a fifteen-residue sequence; and TB-500, an acetylated seven-residue fragment. Sellers' labels state them at 50 mg, 10 mg and 10 mg.

That is where most writing about the blend begins and ends — the recipe. This entry does the other thing, which is to read what the public record holds for each of the three, one record at a time. It is a short read, and the shortness is the finding.

The registry picture, component by component

On 2026-09-19 the three compounds had eight registered studies between them. Counting stops there; reading does not.

GHK-Cu — three registrations, one of which administers it.

  • NCT07437586 applies a GHK-Cu topical gel to standardised punch-biopsy wounds against a vehicle gel. Recruiting; no results posted. This is the only registration in the set that gives GHK-Cu to a person.
  • NCT07706361 applies an adhesive patch and measures circulating GHK as an outcome. The peptide here is something being counted, not something being given. Not yet recruiting.
  • NCT05932732 is a facial-treatment device study — a HydraFacial system, with a topical product among the interventions. Completed, no results posted.

The route is worth stating plainly. The one study that administers GHK-Cu puts it on skin, as a gel, onto an open biopsy wound. A lyophilised vial is not that, and a topical wound-healing result does not transfer to it.

BPC-157 — four registrations, none with results.

  • NCT07803250, BPC-157 after rotator cuff repair surgery, against a sham. Not yet recruiting.
  • NCT07437547, BPC-157 for acute hamstring strain, against placebo. Recruiting.
  • NCT02637284, filed in 2015 under the product name Bepecin as a safety and pharmacokinetics trial. Its registry status is UNKNOWN, which the registry applies when a sponsor has not updated a record within the expected interval.
  • NCT07752381 administers "Parlay Recover Peptide Gummies" — a consumer product, not BPC-157 as such. Marked completed, no results posted.

So of the four, two have not begun, one has gone quiet since 2015, and the completed one gave a gummy.

TB-500 — one registration. NCT07487363 studies TB-500 against placebo for cardiovascular biomarkers. Recruiting, no results. Nothing about tendon, muscle or wound repair — the uses the blend is sold for.

None of the eight has posted a result.

The literature is large and the clinical literature is empty

BPC-157 had 230 PubMed records on 2026-09-19. That is a substantial body of work, and it is almost entirely preclinical: zero of those 230 carry the clinical-trial publication type. GHK-Cu had 180 records on the same date.

This is the gap that makes the compound hard to read about honestly. A reader who sees "hundreds of studies" is seeing a real number attached to the wrong question. The number counts papers; it does not count trials, and on this compound the two figures are 230 and 0.
